For connectivity sourcing, Telateral is compensated by the carrier. That compensation is paid by the carrier and never added to your bill.

Pricing questions, answered straight.

Why do you publish prices?

Because straight talk starts with the number. You should know roughly what something costs before you spend 20 minutes on a call. Every engagement still gets a written scope and fixed price before work begins.

What does "paid when it works" mean?

Work starts small enough to prove itself: one workflow, one job. AI pilots have a day-60 review where you can keep going, change the scope, or stop with nothing further owed beyond work already done. Performance-based options are available, agreed in writing before we start.

Do you mark up licenses, hardware, or ad spend?

No. Software and licenses are billed to you directly or passed through at our cost, and the same goes for hardware, job-board or ad spend, and AI usage. For connectivity sourcing, Telateral is compensated by the carrier; that compensation is never added to your bill.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Projects are flat fees approved phase by phase. Monthly services run month to month with 30 days' notice after any initial pilot period.

Are you a managed service provider or help desk?

No. Telateral is not a 24/7 help desk. We build on your accounts or ours, document everything, make sure your data stays yours, and offer pay-as-you-go advisory and expert hours for what comes after. See operational advisory for how our recommendations stay independent.

Do you work outside Dallas-Fort Worth?

Yes. We're based in DFW and do on-site work across the metroplex. Most AI automation work can be done remotely anywhere in the US.
