What a connectivity review costs

Most businesses cannot answer three basic questions about their internet: whether they are paying a fair price, whether the service fits what they actually do, and what happens to the business when it goes down. A Telateral Connectivity Review answers all three. Which level you need depends on how much of your operation depends on the answer.

The scorecard

Every review scores the same five things

Letter grades, one line of plain English each, on a page you can forward to anyone who needs to understand the decision.

AvailabilityWhat carriers and technologies can actually reach your building?
ReliabilityHow often does the service you have actually fail?
RedundancyWhat happens to the business when it does?
Cost EfficiencyAre you paying market rate for what you receive?
ResilienceWhat does an hour of downtime actually cost you?

Three levels

You are not buying a walkthrough. You are buying a decision you can make afterward, so every level below lists what actually lands on your desk.

Timeline confirmed at scopingPriced on locations, complexity, and site visits

The $3,500 fixed price covers a single building up to roughly 25,000 sq ft, up to three carrier services, within 50 miles of Dallas-Fort Worth. Larger or more complex sites are quoted on scope. Two to five locations sit between Level 2 and Level 3 and are quoted directly. Cabling, hardware, and implementation labor are always quoted separately, so a review stays a review.

The part most vendors leave out

If your setup is already right, we will tell you that. We have completed reviews that ended in "stay where you are, you are paying market rate and the service is solid." That is a real result, and you should expect to hear it when it is true. We would rather be the people you call next time than the people who sold you something you did not need.

A different question

If you only want the bill reduced

Some businesses do not want a plan. They want to stop overpaying. That is a separate engagement with no fixed fee at all.

Telecom Savings Engagement

25% of verified, realized savings · no fixed fee

How it works

  • We audit your current services and bills at no upfront cost
  • You pay only a share of savings actually realized, confirmed on a real invoice, never projected
  • Available on its own or alongside any review
  • If we find nothing, you owe nothing

Agreed in writing before we start

  • The baseline: which months, accounts, and services we measure against
  • Attribution: only savings resulting from our recommendations count
  • Switching costs, including early termination and install charges, net against savings first
  • A twelve-month measurement period from the date each change takes effect
